  • Note: The customer will receive intimation about the expiry of the pack 8 days prior expiry.

  • Value added 03 prescriptions and 01 scheduled phone call (15 mins) relating to your property registered with us from our industry expert and seek quick assistance within 06 working days.
  • It is pertinent to mention here that the customer can seek resolution of one query every 10 days. The intimation of scheduled time for call will be sent via email/message prior 24 hours.
  • The Package is valid for 180 days.
  • Note: The customer will receive intimation about the expiry of the pack 21 days prior expiry.

  • Value added 06 prescriptions by property Doctors and 03 scheduled phone calls (15 mins each) relating to your property registered with us from our industry experts and seeks quick assistance within 05 working days.
  • It is Pertinent to mention here that the customer can seek resolution of one query in a week. Likewise in case the consumer wishes to schedule phone call, it can be scheduled once a week the intimation of scheduled time will be sent via Email/Whatsapp prior 24 hours
  • The Package is valid for 365 days.
  • Note: The customer will receive intimation about the expiry of the pack 42 days prior expiry.

  • Value added 12 prescriptions, ( 01 prescription/week) relating to your property registered with us.
  • Book scheduled calls with our industry experts and fix 12 meetings (Physical/ Virtual)in a year relating to your property registered with us. Seek quick assistance within 04 working days to your queries from our industry experts via Email /SMS /whatsapp prior 24 hours.
  • It is pertinent to mention here that the consumer gets a total of 12 meetings in a year, which can be either physical or virtual at the option of the customer. The Physical Meeting, if opted by the customer will be held at the Company Office only. The customer can schedule one meeting in every 10 days. The intimation of scheduled time for the meeting will be sent via email/SMS/Whatsapp prior 24 hours.
